Transparent Rates
For electrical emergency call out, we don’t charge a call out fee, instead we just charge a simple flat rate of £80.00 p/h + VAT (min. 1 hr) for normal working hours (Mon-Fri 0800hrs-1800hrs) and £120.00 p/h + VAT for out of hours. For less urgent works please click here.
If we need to get materials to repair your fault and complete the works we will only ever charge you a maximum of 1 hour to source them.
After the first hour we charge in 15 min increments (most companies charge in 30 min increments).
Most faults are repaired within the first hour.
Quality
All of our engineers are fully qualified electricians and work for us and us only.
As members of the NICEIC all of our work is guaranteed for 12 months.
All of our engineers are trained to investigate and repair your emergency electrical fault and most times they do it in under an hour!
